Interest-free floods loan

The Flood Programme offers small and medium-sized enterprises and self-employed persons an interest-free investment loan to help with business recovery after September´s floods. The loans will facilitate financing of business projects and starting new company development. Applications are accepted from the beginning of November 2024.

The support is provided in the form of preferential investment loan, combined with the grant component – the financial contribution of up to 25% of the loan principal, applied in the form of forgiveness of principal repayments of the loan.

This financial instrument belongs to the Operational Programme Technology and Applications for Competitiveness 2021-2027 (hereinafter referred to as “OP TAC”).

    A financial contribution of up to 25% of the (actually drawn) amount of the loan principal will be applied as forgiveness of principal repayments of the preferential loan.

What type of loan do we offer?

State aid: De minimis or GBER (Article 14 or 22).

What can be financed with this loan?

  • Acquisition of technological facilities and equipment and the necessary business infrastructure
  • Purchase of production machinery and equipment that will increase the technological level of SMEs and/or their competitiveness
  • Investment in flood risk reduction measures implemented in direct connection with the project
  • VAT on eligible expenditure, even if the beneficiary is a taxable person and can claim back VAT

AREAS MOST AFFECTED BY FLOODING

The interest-free investment loan Flood in the OP TAC programme can be used on the entire territory of Czechia except for the Capital City of Prague.

Other programs offered

  • New Energy Savings

    Preferential loan programme for companies of all sizes realizing energy savings projects. Projects can be located anywhere in the Czech Republic except the Capital City of Prague. If the planned energy savings are achieved the beneficiary will also receive a financial contribution in the form of a grant.

    The programme enables Prague companies to obtain interest-free loans to finance investment projects focused on energy savings.

    The programme enables social enterprises to obtain interest-free loans to finance projects aimed at launching or developing business activities. It is suitable for funding projects throughout the Czech Republic.
