Maximum Financing Rate
Up to 90%
The loan may cover up to 90% of eligible project costs (excluding VAT if the beneficiary is a VAT payer or is entitled to reclaim VAT).
Repayment Period
Up to 12 years
Repayment period of up to 10 years, or up to 12 years where the majority of the loan is used for the acquisition or improvement of real estate.
Grace Period
Up to 3 years

What Is Considered a Social Enterprise?
A social enterprise is a business that meets the following characteristics:
- Creates social value through the employment and inclusion of individuals disadvantaged in the labour market.
- Employs at least 30% of individuals disadvantaged in the labour market.
- Involves employees in the direction and development of the enterprise.
- Reinvests at least 51% of its profits into its further development.
- Meets other programme requirements.
What Can the Loan Be Used For?
Acquisition of machinery and equipment.
Acquisition, renovation, and reconstruction of buildings.
Acquisition of long-term intangible assets.
Costs associated with fulfilling the project's mandatory publicity and communication requirements.

The programme is financed from the European Structural and Investment (ESI) Funds under the Operational Programme Employment Plus (OP Employment+).
