Preferential loans under the Programme help businesses finance projects that aim to save energy. Projects can be implemented anywhere in the Czech Republic except the Capital City of Prague.

Fixed interest rate
0 % p.a.The Loan is granted at a fixed interest rate for the entire repayment period. The beneficiary can make an extraordinary repayment at any time without penalty or charge.

Grant support
grant up to 35%Together with the preferential loan, the beneficiary may receive a financial contribution in the form of a grant, when the project is duly completed and contracted energy parameters are fulfilled. The grant amount is limited to a maximum of 35 % of the eligible project costs and cannot exceed the amount of the preferential loan itself. The grant volume is limited also by the state aid rules.

Financial contribution
up to CZK 0.25 millionTogether with the preferential loan, the beneficiary may receive a financial contribution for the elaboration of an energy assessment report. The maximum amount of the financial contribution is 80 % of the eligible costs, but not more than CZK 0.25 million.

Insulation of the building envelope, replacement and renovation of aperture fillings, other construction measures with a direct impact on the energy performance of the building

Adaptation of buildings to climate change, respecting the requirements on the quality of the indoor environment

Energy efficiency increase of buildings´ technical systems (cooling, ventilation including recuperation, humidity regulation, preparation of hot water)

Improving the energy efficiency of building lighting

Use of renewable energy sources

Modernisation of electricity, gas, heat, cold and compressed air distribution systems in the energy management of enterprises to increase efficiency

Accumulation of all forms of energy in complex energy efficiency projects

Use of waste energy

Reducing energy intensity/increasing energy efficiency of production and technological processes

Implementation of energy efficiency measures and optimisation of operations to regulate energy consumption, including support for the implementation of energy management tools

Entrepreneurs (regardless their size) in the following sectors can be also supported: agriculture, manufacturing and construction, retail and wholesale, transport and storage, tourism and catering, energy and other activities
